Softball is a game that’s very similar to baseball. It is played on a smaller diamond (field), with a bigger ball, and the pitching is done underhand.
Softball can be introduced to kids at the age of 4. The earlier the child learns, the better it will be for him or her. However, for each age group, the size of the ball is adjusted.
Softball is a team sport. There are two teams of 9 players in this sport. All games are played in leagues in which each team gets the chance to field and bat.
